As an English fitness professional now living with my family in Denmark, I understand the unique challenges that busy parents face when trying to stay healthy. My approach combines plant-based nutrition, functional movement, and sustainable fitness habits that actually fit into your life.

The Early Days

Growing Up in England

Started my fitness journey like most — trial and error, gym memberships, and a lot of learning the hard way. But I knew early on that helping people feel better in their bodies was my calling.

The Adventure Years

Travelling the World

Packed a bag and explored. From hostels to mountains to beaches — I trained wherever I landed. These years taught me that fitness doesn't need a fancy gym, just intention and consistency.

Mexico Chapter

Life in Mexico

A transformative time that opened my eyes to different cultures, cuisines, and ways of living. It's where my appreciation for simple, whole-food nutrition really took root.

VegHeads Era

Running VegHeads

Co-founded VegHeads — a vegan fast food joint proving that plant-based food can be absolutely banging. Real food, no nonsense, and proper flavour. This hands-on experience shaped my entire Nutrition Protocol.

Now settled in Denmark with my family, I've combined everything I've learned into coaching that actually works for busy parents. Because I'm living it too.
