Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any equipment?

Minimal equipment is needed! Most work requires just your bodyweight. Optional items: light dumbbells, medicine ball, resistance bands, and a stick/dowel. Everything can be modified with household items.

How much time does it take each day?

Joint Mobility Mastery sessions are 10-15 minutes, full workouts are ~20 minutes. 5 days per week with 2 rest days. Plus optional mini-doses for daily movement.

What makes this different from stretching or yoga?

We focus on end-range strength, not just passive flexibility. You'll learn to move out of perfect alignment, build coordination, and develop strength through full ranges of motion—creating lasting change.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Every movement includes regression and progression options. Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced athlete, you can work at your level and progress systematically.
